All projects and support desk requests resolve around a centralized ticket system. We categorize all items into one of three tiers.
Tier 1 support is desktop support, meaning you need help operating or correcting minor issues. This tier of support is the most common. Issues here are quickly resolved by remote support and are handled by a dedicated team of associates.
Tier 2 support involves networks, servers, websites and enterprise programs such as accounting, engineering, project and medical records systems. The Senior Associates who are assigned to this service are generally assigned to a customer account and are familiar with the specific design of their system.
Tier 3 support is generally only for energy customers who are requesting industrial communications work in hazardous conditions (e.g. Natural Gas Plant). Our group has many years of experience in this category. Associates rotate from the Tier 2 service based on education and experience.
